Take Two

No, you haven't accidentally gone back a month on my blog. Alexia ended up in surgery again. It's hard to believe that this has caused us so much trouble.

Wouldn't you know it, this all happened while Conal is out of town. Thankfully, my parents were able to come into town with only two days notice. THANKS Mom and Dad!

I think the nurse felt bad for her having to have another surgery so she gave her two stuffed animals this time which Alexia promptly named Melissa and Max:

Sure wish this surgery would've done the trick. Unfortunately, Jackson accidentally pulled out the drainage tube prematurely. Next week we are off to another specialist. It's pretty scary that 4 rounds of antibiotics and 2 surgeries can't take care of a little staph infection. She broke her nose in June............we'd love to put this all behind us!
